Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying staffing requirements to advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive work environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
