Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Manage contracts and employee data
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Develop communication strategies and reports
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters
  • Provide customer service and support to employees
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English, and the workplace is hybrid.
