Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of staffing, from identifying staffing requirements to recruiting and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top candidates
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the selection process
  • Coordinate and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Provide HR support to employees, including training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
