Position Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist at Wireframe Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our workforce and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee budget plans and expenditures related to HR activities.
  • Design, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage job classification and evaluation processes.
  • Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct research and prepare job descriptions, occupational classifications, and salary structures.
  • Administer contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluation and appraisal systems.
  • Develop and manage training and professional development programs.
  • Analyze employee data and metrics to inform HR decisions.
  • Craft and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Provide guidance and advice to senior leadership.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise HR staff.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance processes.
  • Oversee payroll management and administration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees.
  • Conduct performance assessments and reviews.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and oversee various projects and programs.
  • Direct and evaluate daily HR operations.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
