Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our human resources functions and supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and oversee the budget and expenditures related to HR initiatives.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Procedural Implementation: Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Job Classification: Supervise the classification and evaluation of job roles.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment plans.
  • Occupational Research: Conduct research to prepare job descriptions, classifications, and salary structures.
  • Contract Management: Handle contracts related to HR services.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate employee performance evaluation programs.
  • Training Development: Manage strategies for employee training and development.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee-related data.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to senior management on HR matters.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise HR staff.
  • Grievance Procedures: Organize and manage staff consultation and grievance processes.
  • Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to employees.
  • Staff Recruitment: Engage in the recruitment and hiring of new staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct and manage performance review processes.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to HR methods and systems.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review various HR projects and programs.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily HR operations.
Required Skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Specialization: Focused expertise in human resources.
Work Environment
