Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Manage contracts and employee data
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Oversee payroll administration and provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and propose improvements to methods and procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and ability to multitask
Work Environment
