About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies

Design, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Provide HR Guidance and Support

Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Manage Recruitment and Selection

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the selection process to ensure the best fit for the company.

Oversee Employee Relations

Establish and maintain positive employee relations by managing employee data, analyzing employee information, and providing recommendations for employee benefits and health and safety practices.

Lead Training and Development

Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and oversee the analysis of employee data to inform business decisions.

Manage HR Operations

Oversee payroll administration, manage contracts, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure seamless HR operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting firm or a similar industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in human resources software, MS Office, and database software.
