About the Role

As a Lead Product Designer at Highspot, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software solutions. You'll be responsible for leading the design process across multiple projects, ensuring that we deliver exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Lead the design process from conception to implementation, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform the design process.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring product concepts to life.
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating your rationale and vision.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing world-class software products.
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring design teams.
  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Fluency and expertise with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
  • Experience working with agile development teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders.
