Role Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your comprehensive skills in product and user interface design, collaborating with stakeholders to create detailed mockups and working closely with engineers to implement top-tier UX/UI that sets a new standard in collecting.
  • Identify user pain points, drive significant enhancements, and deliver engaging experiences that resonate with fans and collectors.
  • Design customer-centric solutions that integrate user feedback, research insights, industry design trends, and technical limitations.
  • Establish scalable design systems that promote clean, user-friendly design patterns and ensure uniformity across our product suite.
  • Promote design excellence by regularly showcasing your work and effectively communicating design rationale across teams.
  • Influence strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Dapper Labs' offerings.
  • Balance the urgency, quality, and consistency of design while thoughtfully managing design iterations to maximize user value with each release.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in crafting visual systems for mobile and web applications that are clear, effective, and user-friendly.
  • A relentless pursuit of innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, along with research and prototyping software.
  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or digital collectibles is advantageous but not essential.
  • A collaborative team player with a product-oriented mindset, adept at uniting teams to tackle challenges.
  • Demonstrated history of creating seamless user experiences through design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in simplifying complex design challenges into intuitive solutions, both independently and collaboratively.
  • An inspiring portfolio showcasing expertise in managing design processes, supporting design systems, navigating intricate user flows, and delivering functional, intuitive, and visually appealing products.
  • Background in gaming, social media, or media industries is a significant advantage.
