Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your comprehensive product design and user interface design expertise, from brainstorming with stakeholders to collaborating with engineers to implement your detailed designs, while producing exceptional UX/UI that helps define a new category of collecting.
- Identify user concerns, drive meaningful enhancements, and deliver engaging experiences that encourage social sharing among fans and collectors.
- Design customer-centric solutions that integrate user feedback, research insights, data analysis, design trends from industry leaders, and technical limitations.
- Establish scalable and adaptable design systems to ensure clean and straightforward design patterns and user interactions, maintaining consistency across our product suite.
- Promote design excellence by regularly sharing your work and presenting it across teams, articulating design rationale with precision.
- Contribute to strategic discussions regarding the future direction of Dapper Labs products.
- Balance the pace, quality, and consistency of design while thoughtfully considering design versioning to deliver user value with every iteration.
About You:
- Extensive experience in crafting visual systems for mobile and web applications that are clear, effective, and user-friendly.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking better methodologies.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, along with research and prototyping tools.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or digital collectibles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A collaborative team player with a product management perspective, capable of wearing multiple hats and uniting teams to tackle challenges.
- A proven track record of creating seamless customer journeys through design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
- Experience in breaking down complex design challenges into simple, intuitive solutions, both individually and as part of a team.
- An inspiring portfolio showcasing experience in managing design processes, supporting design systems, navigating complex user flows, and delivering functional, intuitive, and visually appealing products.
- Background in gaming, social media, or media industries is a significant plus.
