Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your comprehensive product design and user interface design expertise, from brainstorming with stakeholders to collaborating with engineers to implement your detailed designs, producing top-tier UX/UI that defines a new era of collecting.
- Identify users' primary concerns, drive meaningful enhancements for users, and deliver captivating experiences that encourage social sharing among fans and collectors.
- Develop user-centered designs that integrate customer feedback, user research, data insights, design trends from industry leaders, and technical limitations.
- Create scalable and adaptable design systems to maintain clean and intuitive design patterns and user interactions, ensuring consistency across our product suite.
- Champion design by regularly sharing your work and presenting across teams, articulating design rationale with precision.
- Contribute to strategic discussions regarding the future direction of Dapper Labs products.
- Balance the speed, quality, and consistency of design while thoughtfully considering design versioning to deliver user value with each iteration.
About You:
- Extensive experience in designing visual systems for mobile and web applications that are straightforward and effective.
- A continuous drive to discover improved methodologies.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in design software such as Figma, along with research and prototyping tools.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or digital collectibles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A collaborative team player with a product management mindset, capable of wearing multiple hats and uniting teams to address challenges.
- A proven track record of crafting seamless customer journeys through design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
- Experience in deconstructing complex design challenges and translating them into simple, intuitive solutions, both individually and through teamwork.
- An inspiring portfolio showcasing experience in managing design processes, supporting design systems, navigating complex user flows, and delivering products that are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing.
- Experience in gaming, social media, or media sectors is a significant advantage.
