Responsibilities
- Lead the vision for team initiatives, challenging the status quo, pushing innovation, and inspiring a unified outcome.
- Execute efficiently to deliver impactful products for our business and customers.
- Partner with leadership to communicate concisely across teams and influence product and design outcomes.
- Collaborate across the entire business stack, impacting various stages of the product lifecycle: from vision & strategy to execution and operational support.
- Contribute to growing and scaling design within the company and the Design organization.
- Maintain a high design bar and level of execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Data teams to define new products and features, ensuring successful launches.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating strategy, process, and leading cross-functional meetings to align teams.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams.
- Strong ability to craft a compelling narrative and vision that communicates and aligns teams.
- Passion for team building and development.
- 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
- Proven experience building customer-facing products from conception to launch.
Bonus Points
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, Looker, Slack, Google Apps, Salesforce, and Chrome Console.
- Experience working on products in both B2B and B2C companies.
- Experience writing/editing/contributing to documentation, training materials, and help articles to support product launches.
