- Work closely with engineering and product management to ensure seamless handoffs and timely delivery of features.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and measure product effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality product experiences that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Competitive salary range: $107,000 - $144,000.
