Position Overview:
As a Lead Backend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will collaborate with a talented team to design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend solutions using Go language. Your expertise will help us enhance our systems and ensure seamless integration with various APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively.
2. Design and prototype solutions and components.
3. Create detailed visualizations using diagramming tools.
4. Develop and optimize server-side software in Go and TypeScript.
5. Implement comprehensive software testing, including unit and behavior-driven tests.
6. Monitor and debug end-to-end message flows.
7. Utilize OLTP databases for transactional data management.
8. Integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM APIs.
9. Maintain AWS infrastructure components using AWS CDK.
10. Collaborate with remote team members across different time zones.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Go programming.
- Strong understanding of web services protocols and security.
- Proficient in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
