About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our design leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the high-level design vision for our products and driving the development of innovative and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Collaborate with the design leadership team to establish the overall design direction and vision for our products.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and quality across our products.
  • User Experience: Create high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our players and drive business success.
  • Design Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design vision and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms, apps, or related digital products.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools, user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
