  • Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, and innovative designs represented in sketches, diagrams, rapid prototypes, and final design executions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand customers and markets, develop product strategies, detailed requirements, and designs, ensuring successful market release.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of your design solutions, identifying strategies for enhancement and improvement.
  • Exhibit accountability and ownership of your work, ensuring responsibility for every detail throughout the process.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design practices and resources, supporting the digital maturity of our organization.
Qualifications

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively communicating trade-offs.
  • Empathy for users and a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to persuade and influence others to support your ideas and initiatives through compelling arguments and evidence.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • A deep sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of work you lead and deliver.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to enhance the product and design process.
  • Exhibiting humility, enthusiasm, and the ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding.
