Job Summary
The Life Time Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining and executing the company's business plans to deliver exceptional patient care and meet or exceed company expectations in patient acquisition, retention, and collections. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills to greet patients and members alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with patients to engage them in their care and ensure a seamless experience.
- Verify that all necessary patient forms are complete and accurately reflected in their account.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medical records and treatment plans.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding patient finances and their contribution to care.
- Process payments and manage patient scheduling to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Sort and deliver mail and packages, promoting a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Educate patients, members, and team members on the importance of chiropractic and physical therapy care as part of a healthy lifestyle.
- Perform administrative tasks to support healthcare professionals and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field.
