About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at New Age Granite And Marble Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Assign and review work, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Communication: Foster excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
