Business Operations Manager, Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Ware Malcomb. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Partner with our office and studio leaders to assess business operations, develop strategic plans, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of staff, projects, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Client Service: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and implement effective QA/QC processes to deliver exceptional results.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on technical, process, and software skills to enhance their capabilities and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with regional leaders, business managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Education: Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of practice experience and 2 years of project management experience leading successful project teams, or equivalent business operations experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
