  • Collaborate closely with leadership across offices and studios to evaluate operational performance based on financial metrics, project portfolios, and core practice principles.
  • Engage in the development of organizational structures, addressing staffing requirements, and making informed hiring choices.
  • Take part in the candidate selection process, including vetting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Generate weekly updates on forecasts and strategic action plans in partnership with regional management.
  • Assess proposals and maintain accurate forecasts for prospective projects.
  • Work alongside the regional business operations manager to adjust staffing as necessary.
  • Review and authorize construction documentation.
  • Examine billing drafts to ensure they align with financial forecasts.
  • Oversee Project Planner work plans to ensure effective project management.
  • Conduct weekly discussions with project managers to monitor progress.
  • Formulate and oversee the strategic business plan.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with leaders of corporate enterprise teams.
  • Guarantee a high standard of client service and implement effective quality assurance and control processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Monitor human resources matters and promote a positive team environment.
  • Oversee training initiatives and participate in relevant management summits.
  • Address liability concerns related to projects with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
