Position Overview

As a Customer Support Team Leader at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients while maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their daily activities.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to enhance team performance.
  • Financial Authorization: Approve payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for the team.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and employee matters.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance assessments of team members.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
