Position Overview

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of performance.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage work schedules to optimize team performance.
  • Oversee merchandise sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to achieve service goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to foster employee growth.
  • Manage office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations.
Experience

We require candidates to have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
