Position Overview

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Progressive Concrete Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our customer service operations. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on service performance and team activities.
  • Supervision: Oversee team members and manage various projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate daily activities to optimize workflow.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process and manage staffing needs effectively.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions or arrange for necessary training programs for staff.
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure all necessary equipment and machines are set up and operational.
  • Cost Estimation: Assess costs and materials required for projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Personnel Recommendations: Provide recommendations for personnel actions based on performance.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Material Requisition: Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
