Position Overview

As a Customer Care Team Leader at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the customer service department. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and resolves customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage financial transactions with precision.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages promptly.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' contributions and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within customer service.
