Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage contracts and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and oversee the compilation of reports.
  • Address employee questions and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
