Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a leading company in the food service industry, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As an Operations Supervisor with LFC-ZMF Operations Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and achieve business objectives.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients after sales to address their needs and concerns.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inspection records and complete inspection reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
