Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with quality control standards, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff, focusing on operational procedures, customer service, and quality control.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to improve their performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, inventory management, and other operational activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field, preferably in restaurant and food service operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, own transportation, and parking paid by employer.
