Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a leading restaurant company in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to increase and maintain restaurant profits
- Prepare and manage budgets for food, ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
- Monitor daily operations and evaluate their effectiveness
- Supervise staff performance and provide guidance and training
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and management
- Recruit and hire staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Balance funds and complete financial reports, including balance sheets and related forms
- Cost products and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other materials
- Negotiate with clients for restaurant services or facility use
- Participate in marketing plans and their implementation
- Lead and instruct individuals
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Manage events
