Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Carisma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and develop a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum profitability.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage servers, as well as staff in various areas of responsibility, to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
