Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are aware of our high standards and expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a post-secondary education in a related field such as hospitality or culinary arts is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
