Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Anejo Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including sales, stock, and wastage data.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for kitchen operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate staff rotations to maintain optimal kitchen performance.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Work Environment
- Noisy work environment.
- Exposure to odors and hot temperatures.

- Standing for extended periods.
- Walking and physically demanding work.

Anejo Restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Language and Work TermThe language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work are 35 to 40 hours per week.
