Role Overview: Commercial Insurance Sales Producer

Our Digital Sales Team represents the most rapidly expanding sales channel within Western Coast, leveraging internal leads to foster organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls for new online leads provided by the business
  • Enhance sales through up-selling and cross-selling across our diverse insurance offerings
  • Align client requirements with appropriate insurance products

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a General Level 2 License or RIBO License is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in commercial lines, is preferred

Employment Details:

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: Salary plus New Business Commission
