Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Producer to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling our unique Commercial Insurance programs to independent businesses across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through independent and team-based efforts
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to target market prospects
  • Adapt cold-calling techniques to attract new customers and set personal quotas
  • Interact with clients to obtain relevant information through our sophisticated sales process
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and turn leads into sales opportunities
  • Navigate our CRM program efficiently

Requirements

  • FOI License (will be required to obtain within 3 months)
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree (an asset)
  • Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques
  • Resilient team player with a positive attitude and driven to achieve results
  • Hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities
