Role Overview: Commercial Insurance Sales Producer
Our Digital Sales Division represents the most rapidly expanding sales avenue within our organization, leveraging internal leads to foster organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales outreach for new online leads allocated by the business
- Enhance sales through up-selling and cross-selling across our comprehensive range of insurance products
- Align client requirements with the offerings of our insurance providers
Required Qualifications:
- General Level 2 License or RIBO License is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a preference for commercial lines
If you are passionate about sales and seek recognition for surpassing sales objectives, this position allows you to significantly influence our customer interactions. Your innovative problem-solving skills to devise solutions for clients, along with your professional communication abilities, persistence, and adaptability to evolving customer demands, will propel your success in this role.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: Salary + New Business Commission
