MANAGER OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Oversee a team of commercial insurance specialists to enhance sales performance and service quality.
In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Commercial Insurance and manage a team of committed commercial insurance experts. You will be part of a dynamic group that collectively works towards achieving organizational objectives and sales goals.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Achieving business strategy outcomes through employee development, performance oversight, coaching, succession planning, and team efficiency to foster accountability and positive results. Guiding your team through the change management process to cultivate organizational comprehension of necessary adjustments. Formulating a team business plan, budget, and sales strategy that guarantees the realization of corporate sales targets and profitability. Collaborating with Commercial Underwriting for product assessment and innovation. Representing the organization and engaging with domestic and international insurance entities as needed. Reviewing essential reports and conducting audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence. Pursuing personal growth through industry and community engagement, training, and educational opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
General Insurance Level 2 License is mandatory. Leadership experience in a sales-oriented environment, ideally within commercial insurance. Demonstrated long-term success in a commission-based sales role. Active participation in industry-related associations and community initiatives. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Employment Details:
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: $75,000 - $103,000
