Role Overview: Commercial Insurance Sales Producer
Our Digital Sales Team represents the most rapidly expanding sales channel within Western Coast, leveraging internal leads to foster organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales conversations with new online leads assigned by the business
- Enhance sales through up-selling and cross-selling across our comprehensive range of insurance products
- Align client requirements with the offerings of our insurance company
Qualifications:
- General Level 2 License or RIBO License is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial lines
If you are passionate about sales and enjoy being recognized for surpassing sales goals, this position allows you to make a significant impact on our customer experience. Your ability to creatively solve problems for clients, coupled with your professional communication skills and adaptability to evolving customer needs, will be key to your success.
Employment Details:
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Compensation: Salary plus New Business Commission
