Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Producer to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling our unique Commercial Insurance programs to independent businesses across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through independent and team-based efforts
- Develop and refine sales strategies to target market prospects
- Adapt cold-calling techniques to attract new customers and set personal quotas
- Interact with clients to obtain relevant information through our sophisticated sales process
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and turn leads into sales opportunities
- Navigate our CRM program efficiently
Requirements
- FOI License (will be required to obtain within 3 months)
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree (an asset)
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques
- Resilient team player with a positive attitude and driven to achieve results
- Hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities
