POSITION: MANAGER OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Oversee a team of commercial insurance specialists to enhance sales performance and service quality.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Commercial Insurance, guiding a dedicated team of commercial insurance experts. You will be an integral part of a dynamic group focused on achieving business objectives and sales milestones.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Achieving business strategy outcomes through employee development, performance oversight, coaching, succession planning, and enhancing team effectiveness to foster accountability and positive results. Navigating your team through organizational changes to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of necessary adjustments. Crafting a comprehensive team business plan, budget, and sales strategy to meet company sales targets and ensure profitability. Collaborating with Commercial Underwriting for product evaluation and innovation. Representing the organization and engaging with both domestic and international insurance partners as needed. Reviewing essential reports and conducting audits on processes, documentation, and communications. Pursuing personal growth through industry engagement, community involvement, training, and educational opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
General Insurance Level 2 License is mandatory. Proven leadership experience in a sales-oriented environment, ideally within commercial insurance. Demonstrated long-term success in a commission-based sales role. Active participation in industry-related associations and community initiatives. Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Employment Details:
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $75,000 - $103,000
