Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
Requirements
- General Level 2 License or RIBO License required.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, commercial lines products preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
