Position Overview

Instacan Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Project Administration Officer to manage and streamline our administrative processes. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established policies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative protocols.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
  • Conduct administrative functions within the organization.
  • Manage policies and procedures concerning record releases in line with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative practices.
  • Oversee payroll management.
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
