Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration Specialist to join our team at OC Education Consulting Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative processes.
  • Assign tasks to support staff effectively.
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget and oversee inventory and budget controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training to staff members.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative practices.
  • Monitor and assess operational efficiency.
  • Oversee payroll management.
  • Plan and manage budget and expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

No supervisory duties are required for this position.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
