- Establish and manage both manual and digital filing systems
- Type and proofread various documents and correspondence

- Perform data entry tasks
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Experienced with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Familiar with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Skilled in electronic mail communication
- Correspondence management
- Report and record keeping
- Invoice processing
- Data visualization through charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
