Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile relevant data and statistics.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Supervise payroll processes.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintain and manage the digital database effectively.
  • Assist clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
  • Carry out various administrative activities within the organization.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Review and assess new administrative processes.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Assist in the development of the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Implement new administrative strategies as needed.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
