Key Responsibilities:- Address inquiries through various channels including telephone, email, or chat regarding our offerings in a prompt, compliant, courteous, and professional manner.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by proactively seeking creative solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues and complaints with deep empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying, proposing, and engaging in process enhancements.
- Comprehend and adhere to departmental operating policies and procedures.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and French are essential.
- Comfortable with technology and adept at using computers.
- Post-secondary education in financial administration or services is advantageous.
