Compensation: $62,000 to $70,000 annually
Sign-on Bonus: $2,500

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer inquiries and orders in a dynamic environment utilizing advanced technology.
- Interact with clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns and identify optimal solutions.
- Assist clients in navigating our website and completing online orders.
- Provide informed responses to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Handle shipping questions and provide updates on order status.
- Develop expertise in our product offerings to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Bilingual (English / French) proficiency required in both verbal and written communication.
- A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with support and guidance.
