Job Overview

About the Role:

Foresters Financial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update our policy management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process and send notifications to clients and partners as part of our automated processes.
  • Assign tasks to customer service representatives to ensure seamless support.
  • Send confirmation emails to brokers and managing general agents.
  • Assist with filing and document management tasks.
  • Prepare and mail correspondence to clients.
  • Update our system and notes to reflect client interactions.
  • Provide support for various transactions and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in French (written and verbal) is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
