About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Client Success Director to join our team at Syntrio, Inc. in Toronto. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Bilingual Client Success representatives, providing training and performance monitoring, and optimizing services provided by vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Bilingual Client Success representatives, including training and performance monitoring
  • Optimize and enhance services provided by specific vendors (e.g. call centers, toll-free providers, translation and interpretive service providers, etc.)
  • Conduct and document critical system access reviews
  • Lead a team of client-facing representatives, ideally in a software company
  • Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Pass a criminal and credit background check to obtain federal reliability status
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with software such as MailChimp, Adobe InDesign, and Salesforce (asset)
