Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and training new merchants.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to account-related issues.
  • Resolve merchant complaints and escalate complex cases to management as needed.
  • Utilize internal systems to serve customers effectively and interpret merchant data.
  • Educate merchants on company policies, procedures, and available products.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
  • Timely reporting of departmental and system issues following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with various support teams to resolve merchant concerns.
  • Complete additional training as required.

Who You Are:

  • A candidate with 6-12 months of relevant experience in a customer service role.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
