Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Bilingual Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including operating systems, software, servers, storage, and hardware in a networked environment.
  • Network Management: Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are secure and functioning correctly.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster or system failure.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT user support/helpdesk, with in-depth technical knowledge of Windows systems and MS Office.
  • Skills: Proficiency in desktop software, communication protocols, desktop hardware, and network hardware; knowledge of enterprise computing infrastructure, including enterprise servers, storage devices, hardware, and software.
