Job Summary

This position is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty for a dedicated block of clients within our organization. The Client Account Representative serves as the main point of contact for day-to-day service and is accountable for managing service-related issues efficiently. Responsibilities include devising and implementing effective solutions to improve the overall customer experience. The Representative collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service by responding effectively to customer inquiries and issues
  • Investigate operational errors and coordinate with cross-functional areas for client solutions
  • Support internal and external clients by providing expertise and attending meetings
  • Identify trends in issues and recommend process changes for improvement
  • Manage reconciliation requests and advocate for successful resolutions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience
  • Sound knowledge of our systems and applicable regulations/guidelines
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and make informed decisions
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills, innovative thinker
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and math skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; bilingual in English and French
